FUN FOR GIRLS
Be a part of the country's fastest growing sport and book
today!
From Thursday 22nd January, girls aged from 8-16 years
will have an opportunity to improve their skills as Sussex
Sports Partnership and Mid Sussex Council continues it's Football
Development Programme in East Grinstead.
Imberhorne School will host an 8-week Development Centre,
which will provide an opportunity for players to be a part
of the Football Association's Talent Identification programme.
Qualified coaches will take participants through a comprehensive
training programme and players will be awarded with an attendance
certificate on completion of the course.
As well as providing girls with the chance to further develop
their technique, those not currently playing club football
will be offered a chance to join their local clubs and representatives
from East Grinstead Girls FC will be on hand with details
of it's training schedule.
Sussex Women and Girls Football Coordinator, Michelle Lawrence
commented "The Sussex Sports Partnership is committed
to providing local playing opportunities for girls of all
abilities and we hope that as many girls as possible will
take up the chance of working with some of the most experienced
coaches in Sussex."
The Development Centre takes place at Imberhorne School,
Imberhorne Lane, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1QY from
6.30 - 8.00pm and costs just £2 per session.
