The Saints Go Marching On!

When we arrived the whole team was very nervous but at the same time excited. We could not wait until our first match and we were very lucky to have one of the wonderful Imberhorne Sports Leaders to help warm us up and get us ready for our very first match. When it was time for the match we were given our bibs and we got on court and got ready for the whistle. When the match was over we realised we had won!!!

Later we had our second match, and the whole team was prepared to give it their all and as a result we won that match 9-0. I can't explain how happy we were. Then in our little break we had a drink and a team talk, and after that we were ready for match 3 which we won!

On to match four.....well I don't really know what to say but it was probably the closest match of all as we were a player down so that meant no subs and then one of our best players (Thomas Dean) was down injured, but luckily he played on.

And then having won all our games we won the tournament overall!!!!!!!!!!!!
